The agency was founded by a diverse group of experienced nurses with the goal of addressing staffing shortages in healthcare facilities.
R2K provides healthcare professionals, such as NURSES and HEALTHCARE AIDES, to hospitals and long-term care facilities across Manitoba. The company is also looking to expand its home care services to additional areas within the province.

Greendale Estate is located in Grunthal, a short 45 minute drive south from Winnipeg and offers 30 affordable Assisted Living and 12 Supportive Housing units. The 24 hour care provided in Supportive Housing, includes emergency pull cords, full meal service 7 days a week, full laundry and housekeeping service. Various other amenities are available by subscription such as foot- nail and hair care, transportation, medication delivery. A secure courtyard, full sprinkler protection and a roam alert system provide additional security when needed. The community of Grunthal features a full service store, numerous restaurants, churches, pharmacy, Credit Union and is home to the famous annual Hanover Agricultural Fair. Greendale Estate is attached to the Menno Home PCH and tenants are encouraged to participate in the Programs offered at the PCH, along with the programs offered in house.
Niverville Credit Union Manor Supportive Housing
NCU Manor provides supportive and assisted housing to seniors in Niverville and surrounding area, and is part of the Niverville Heritage Centre Campus of Care, which also includes Heritage Life PCH, Heritage Life Retirement Living and part of many services to support the community including dental services, pharmacy and medical clinic.
The Gardens on Tenth
The Gardens on Tenth, a non-profit charitable organization, has been in operation since 1962. We provide housing and services for the seniors of our community in four buildings, from independent living suites to assisted living to supportive housing. Our newest building has been in operation since May 2015
