Carefree Concierge was founded in 2019 and is operated by Leroy Peters who has a proven track record of serving seniors with excellence in Manitoba for more than 30 years.  Our mandate is to provide a comprehensive list of services that assist clients in transitioning from their long-term family home to their next "right-sized" home.  We are happiest when serving!  Services include: downsizing, decluttering, packing, moving, unpacking, complete set up - making beds, connecting TV's and computers, organizing kitchens to make them efficient and functional for seniors, installing toilet handles to shower curtains all the way through to hanging art and framed family photos.  We also provide Market Ready service (getting your home ready to show); Estate Clean Up service (sorting through homes on our client's behalf to identify belongings of value (sentimental, financial, personal, etc.); items that can be sold on behalf of the family; donated to charity for tax receipt or should be otherwise disposed of.  "Content Removal" service is also available should a home simply need to be emptied in preparation for sale or change of possession.  The belongings are sorted and delivered to the appropriate destination (resellers; charities, recycling or landfill) as required.  Our goal is to be a source of encouragement to our clients, recognizing that they are going through a very overwhelming and emotional time and our responsibility is to assist in every way possible to remove stress and make the transition carefree.
