The Heritage Life Personal Care Home is a resident care environment providing comprehensive care to our residents.  Heritage Life Personal Care Home is located in Niverville, Manitoba. The Personal Care Home was opened in 2013. It was created and “moved” from its previous location in St. Adolphe due to its location in a high-risk flood area and an aging building.  Heritage Life PCH has 80 private rooms situated on two floors. On the first floor there are three neighborhoods of 20 rooms each. On the 2nd floor (Special Care Environment) there are also 3 smaller neighborhoods.   History:  HLPCH has a rich and storied history and can trace it roots back to the late 1700’s to an encounter between a beggar and a priest.  This encounter led to the birth of Filles de la Croix (Sisters of the Cross) order of nuns. Their worldwide impact began to expand where in 1906 Filles de la Croix had the vision to build a convent in the tiny prairie community of St. Adolphe, Manitoba that would faithfully serve the community and area for over 100 years.  In 1972 Filles de la Croix sold the building and property to a family who converted the convent into a nursing home. In 2009, Niverville Heritage Holdings Inc. purchased the St. Adolphe Nursing Home and began efforts to build a new personal care home that would be eventually become Heritage Life Personal Care Home in Niverville.   Our Vision Creating an Extraordinary and Life Enriching Experience Our Mission Fulfill the 5 Strategic Pillars of our org.
