*Exhibit Booth Includes:

Standard 10’x 8’ booth space: allows for full floor model booth or tabletop display.

Any additional requests may be made with Central Display directly and at the exhibitor’s expense.
Exhibits must be staffed at all times during exhibit hours.
Exhibitors must carry their own fire, theft, or other insurance. LTCAM will take all precautions to prevent loss or harm; however, under no circumstances will LTCAM be liable for such losses however caused.
*Conference Bags – All delegates receive a complimentary conference bag to use to fill with exhibitor booth items so be sure to have items for the delegates! This is a great opportunity to highlight your products, services, and your brand.
*Exhibitor Draws – We encourage you to have a draw at your booth as a conversation starter for our delegates. You can either reach out to the winner yourself or we can announce the winner during the last session of the day for you.
