  • “On Hold” means the sponsor from last year has the first right of refusal. We’ll confirm availability once they’ve responded.

🕓 Important Setup Deadline

  • Due to the Exhibitor Engagement Evening, all booths must be fully set up by 4:00 PM on May 10, 2027.

  • No exceptions: booths not ready by 4:00 PM cannot be set up later that evening or the next morning.

  • Registration fees are non-refundable.

Any additional requests may be made directly with Central Display at the exhibitor’s expense. A form will be available in January 2027

Final payment is due no later than April 15, 2027

 

Exhibits must be set up by 4 PM on May 11th, 2026. Exhibitors are encouraged not to take down their booth until 3:30 PM

 

LTCAM requires all exhibitors to carry general liability insurance. Under no circumstances will LTCAM be liable for any losses incurred.

Monday, May 10th All Exhibits must be set up by 4 PM on May 10th

Exhibits not set up by the designated time will not be permitted to set up the morning of the conference or during the Exhibitor Engagement Evening. Registration fees are non-refundable.
