R2K Healthcare Services Limited is a staffing agency established under the Canada Business Corporations Act on September 14, 2021. Its headquarters is situated in downtown Winnipeg, Manitoba, Canada.
The agency was founded by a diverse group of experienced nurses with the goal of addressing staffing shortages in healthcare facilities.
R2K provides healthcare professionals, such as NURSES and HEALTHCARE AIDES, to hospitals and long-term care facilities across Manitoba. The company is also looking to expand its home care services to additional areas within the province.

Nisichawayasihk (Nelson House) Personal Care Home
Nisichawayasihk Personal Care Home is a fully accredited, non profit organization. it is located 79 kilometers North of Thompson in Nelson House. Nisichawayasihk is funded through INAC and FNIHB. Nisichawayasihk Personal Care Home's goal is to provide a home like experience for all of their residents.
Nisichawayasihk Personal Care Home is a 24-bed facility. 1 of the 24 beds is a respite bed for short-term care. All rooms are singly occupied with a private bathroom. There are 2 wings; the blue wing and the burgundy wing. Nisichawayasihk provides a spacious dining area where all the residents eat together. There is also a T.V room, an activity room and 3 bathing rooms. Nisichawayasihk also has daily activities, physiotherapy, spiritual care, and a monthly visit from the dietician.

Rod McGillivray Memorial Care Home
The Rod McGillivary Memorial Care Home was established in 1980 by the late Rod McGillivary under the direction of the Rod McGillivary Memorial Care Home Board of Directors. The Opaskwayak Health Services Board of Directors currently provide direction to the Care Home, but it is the ultimate responsibility of the Opaskwayak Cree Nation.
The Care Home is a 40-bed long-term care facility providing care for elders and physically handicapped First Nations Peoples. The original purpose was to provide a home setting for senior citizens of Opaskwayak Cree Nation, but the concept has changed to providing intensive personal care to the elderly and disabled. The Care Home is committed to being a healing, caring facility that strives to meet the physical, emotional, mental and spiritual needs of each resident. Residents are treated with courtesy, dignity and respect in a way that fully recognizes their uniqueness and individuality. Quality resident care is the number one priority at the Rod McGillivary Memorial Care Home.
