The agency was founded by a diverse group of experienced nurses with the goal of addressing staffing shortages in healthcare facilities.
R2K provides healthcare professionals, such as NURSES and HEALTHCARE AIDES, to hospitals and long-term care facilities across Manitoba. The company is also looking to expand its home care services to additional areas within the province.

Cambridge House is a three story wheelchair accessible 34 - 1 & 2 bedroom suites Private Retirement Residence for Seniors with assisted living services provided on an optional basis. It is located on beautifully landscaped grounds linked to Woodland Courts and the Tudor House Personal Care Home and near the Selkirk General Hospital. The Residence is restricted to Smoke Free Living.
There are lots of activities. Socialize in the “Rose & Crown” Pub or enjoy a movie in the “Tudor Cinema” or take part in recreation activities with other seniors. The following Assisted Living features and services are available on an “optional basis” to Cambridge House tenants , “Chef Prepared” Nutritious Meals 3 times a day, Afternoon Tea every day, weekly light housekeeping, free laundry facilities, Exercise Room, Recreation Activities, Prescription Pickup and Delivery by Pharmacy, Daily Postal Services, Parking, basic utilities included, plus many more Optional Services available, such as “Lifeline” for added security. Compare with other Assisted Living and Retirement Housing Communities in Winnipeg and surrounding area. IERHA Home Care Services are available to eligible seniors. We accept applications from all surrounding regions and the City of Winnipeg.

Woodland Courts is a modern single level wheelchair accessible 53 - 1 & 2 bedroom suites Private Retirement Residence for Seniors with assisted living services. It is located on beautifully landscaped grounds beside the Tudor House Personal Care Home and the nearby General Hospital.
Assisted Living is a new housing alternative for the elderly, combining independence with personalized care in a warm, dignified community setting.
The Residence is restricted to Smoke Free Living (NO SMOKING). All the following features and services are included in the monthly rent (Competitive Rates, No Entrance or Life Lease Fees): “Chef Prepared” Nutritious Meals 3 times a day, Afternoon Tea every day, weekly light housekeeping, free laundry facilities, Exercise Room, Recreation Activities, Prescription Pickup and Delivery by Pharmacy, Daily Postal Services, Parking, all Basic Utilities included, Plus many more Optional Services available, such as “Lifeline” for added security.

Betel Home Foundation is private, non-profit organization in the Interlake that was founded by the First Lutheran Ladies in 1915. Our Vision is to "Make Our Home Your Home" and we strive to provide the highest possible quality of resident centered care. We operate 2 personal care homes, a 91 bed home in Selkirk and an 80 bed home in Gimli.
Betel Home - Selkrik
Betel Home Foundation is a fully accredited non-profit, non-devolved organization in the Interlake that was founded by the First Lutheran Ladies in 1915. Betel Home Foundation operates two homes in the Interlake, located in Gimli and Selkirk.
Our Selkirk home is situated at 212 Manchester Ave, in the heart of Selkirk. We provide care to 90 permanent residents and have 1 respite bed for short term care. The home is a single story facility with nursing staff on each of our three units. We have 61 single and 15 double rooms with either shared or private bathrooms. Many of our rooms have been newly renovated with upgraded modern furniture. Therapeutic Recreation is provided through small and large group programming. An outdoor courtyard provides a safe and secure area for residents and families to enjoy during the summer months and a recreational music program provides our residents with many hours of enjoyment.

Ochekwi Sipi Cree Nation Personal Care Home
Ochekwi Sipi Cree Nation Personal Care Home has 25 beds and is located within the Fisher River Cree Nation. They are a not-for-profit facility funded by Indigenous and Northern Affairs Canada. In this North Interlake community Cree history, language, traditions, and culture are paramount to who they are as a people. Ochekwi Sipi Cree Nation Personal Care Home provides a safe home environment where residents are respected and provided with compassionate care.
Serving the Fisher River Cree Nation since 1986, the PCH is also open to other First Nations’ members requiring personal care.
Peguis Senior Centre
The mission and philosophy of the Peguis Senior Centre is to provide the highest quality of care to the Elders in a compassionate, respectful and loving environment.
The primary purpose of the multi-disciplinary team approach caters to the social, physical, emotional and spiritual needs of the Elders.
In recognition of the Elders contribution to the community, the Peguis First Nation members rely on qualified and committed staff to deliver the highest quality of care.
Red River Place
Our accredited personal care home built in 1981 is situated on the peaceful, scenic banks of Manitoba’s Red River located in the historic City of Selkirk. Ours is a well planned modern facility incorporating two floors of living space including an expansive dining room overlooking the river banks. In the winter our residents enjoy watching ice-fishing on the river and in the summer they enjoy watching boating activities.
We provide 24 hour professional care. Our caring staff demonstrates daily their commitment to meeting the needs of our Residents.
Tudor House Personal Care Home
Tudor House is a provincially licensed and nationally "Accredited" by Accreditation Canada 76 bed Private Personal Care Home that is located on spacious landscaped grounds 25 minutes north of Winnipeg in Selkirk, MB. Tudor House maintains very high standards. Please note that all Manitoba Health "PCH Inspection Reports" and "Accreditation Canada Reports" are available on our Website for viewing. The care we give builds on the resident/elder's strengths and constantly seeks to improve their quality of life. Our highly trained and experienced staff cares for residents/elders in a caring, patient, professional and dignified manner on a 24 hour basis in a well maintained friendly homelike atmosphere. We accept applications from all surrounding Regional Health Authorities and the City of Winnipeg.
