St. Norbert PCH is a one level facility located in St. Norbert, minutes south of the Perimeter Highway. The grounds are enhanced by many mature evergreens and willows. There is a secured park on the west side of the facility and a fenced in patio in the front of the building for use by residents and their family members. The facility is home to 91 residents living in 75 private rooms and 8 double rooms. The double rooms have a partial wall dividing the room, giving each resident a separate private area. The meals at St. Norbert PCH are all made in house following the Dietitian approved menu.  Three snacks are provided throughout the day and evening, including a variety of fresh fruit, cookies, puddings, sandwiches and juices. There is an active Resident Council facilitated by the Social Services Department where residents are encouraged to express their thoughts and concerns. The Therapeutic Recreation Department provides a robust calendar of activities to encourage participation by all residents. Activities happen for 7 days a week and 5 evenings per week. Pastoral Care is provided on a regular basis and as needed by dedicated, caring team of pastoral volunteers.

A Hairdresser works part time providing a full range of hairdressing services at a reasonable cost.

Nurses are on duty 24-7 to administer medications, perform assessments and provide and document clinical care as required.  Certified HCA's provide resident-focused care, assisting residents meet their needs with dignity and respect.  Housekeeping, laundry, and maintenance are on staff to provide a clean, safe environment.
