Extendicare Charleswood Long-Term Care Home is a fully accredited facility dedicated to enhancing the lives of its 155 residents. It is located in Charleswood on 4.5 acres of land which affords ample walkways and flower and vegetable gardens. The one‐level open concept design and the abundance of natural light creates a warm, stimulating environment. Meals are “home‐cooked" in‐house and we provide 24-hour nursing care, as well as activities, rehabilitation, and spiritual care. There is a full-time social worker as well as a part time dietician and occupational therapist.
