Founded in March 2023, Personal Trustee Services of Manitoba Inc. emerged from a deep understanding of the gaps within the existing systems of care and support for aging Manitobans. Recognizing the urgent need for reliable and professional resources to serve as Power of Attorney (POA) for aging individuals, we aim to empower Manitobans to make informed choices about their future. Many people find themselves at a crossroads—either appointing the wrong person out of a lack of options or forgoing the appointment entirely, which can lead to crises that result in a total loss of control over their personal affairs. Our mission is to provide a viable alternative. As government-funded health care and social support services become increasingly overloaded, urgent intervention for the aging population is essential.
