HelloCare is a Manitoba-based agency dedicated to building the province’s home and community care workforce. Working in collaboration with Red River College Polytechnic and local partners, we deliver training and employment readiness programs that prepare individuals—both local and international—for careers as health care aides and support workers. HelloCare is not a staffing agency; instead, employers directly hire graduates upon program completion. Our mission is to strengthen Manitoba’s care sector by connecting trained workers with meaningful, sustainable employment opportunities across rural and urban communities.
