Villa Youville is a mission-based, not-for-profit organization serving older adults and families in southeastern Manitoba for more than 60 years. Based in Ste. Anne, our campus includes independent living, supportive housing, long-term care, home care, wellness services, and community programs designed to help people age with dignity, purpose, and choice.
We believe seniors deserve more than excellent care. They deserve connection, belonging, and opportunities to continue living meaningful lives within their own communities.

Our approach goes beyond traditional seniors housing. Through what we call the Villa Youville Model, we are creating an intergenerational, age-friendly community where housing, health care, recreation, business, and social enterprise work together to improve quality of life while strengthening the long-term financial sustainability of our organization.
