The members of the Long Term & Continuing Care Association of Manitoba (LTCAM) represent a broad spectrum of organizations that support the continuum of care for Manitoba Seniors; personal care homes, assisted living, supportive housing, special care options, private home care agencies and commercial care members that provide support and services environments through equipment, staffing, and other essential services.

Care & Housing Providers
LTCAM members offer a wide range of care and housing options for older adults, from independent and assisted living to supportive housing, personal care homes, respite, and hospice care. These settings provide varying levels of support based on individual needs, including help with daily living, 24 hour care, short term caregiver relief, end of life care, and housing designed to support independence and social connection.
Professional Affiliates
LTCAM’s Professional Affiliates include academic and research institutions, unions, professional associations, and regulatory organizations connected to the seniors’ care and housing sector. These organizations contribute through education, research, workforce representation, professional development, certification, and standards that support quality care and services for older adults.
Charitable and Not for Profit Organizations Serving Older Adults
LTCAM’s Charitable and not-for-profit organizations serve older adults by providing services, support, or programs.
Community Partners
LTCAM’s Community Partners include rural municipalities, Indigenous communities, and Indigenous led organizations that support older adults through housing, community services, infrastructure, health partnerships, care, and wellness programming. Private Home Care & Staffing Agencies
LTCAM’s Private Home Care and Staffing Agencies include organizations that provide in home care and staffing solutions to support individuals, families, and care providers. Services may include medical or non medical care in the home, as well as temporary, contract, or permanent staffing based on workforce needs.
Business Partners
LTCAM’s Business Partners include companies, vendors, consultants, and suppliers that provide products, services, and solutions supporting older adult care, housing, and wellness. These partners contribute expertise, resources, and innovative tools to organizations across the long term care and aging sector.
