Chez Nous is a geared to income supportive housing project located in the heart of St. Boniface. The building provides 24 newly renovated bachelor suites for seniors on a fixed income. Care and services include access to 24-hours supervision, food-services, housekeeping and laundry services. The program promotes a caring and supportive living environment which encourages individual autonomy and independence. The home-like experience aims to enrich the quality of life of its residents and their families. Actionmarguerite is the care and service provider for the Chez Nous supportive housing program. It provides elderly clients with a range of care and services in either French or English that contribute to their autonomy. Chez Nous sets high standards for comfort, independence, safety and peace of mind. It supports a living environment that is welcoming, respectful of human dignity or cultural diversity and of each individual’s needs.

Niverville Credit Union Manor Supportive Housing

NCU Manor provides supportive and assisted housing to seniors in Niverville and surrounding area, and is part of the Niverville Heritage Centre Campus of Care, which also includes Heritage Life PCH, Heritage Life Retirement Living and part of many services to support the community including dental services, pharmacy and medical clinic.

Residence Despins

Located in the heart of St. Boniface on a beautifully landscaped parcel of land of over 3.5 acres facing the Red River, Résidence Despins is close to all amenities. Accommodations include 48 units of Supportive Housing and 82 units of Independent Living. Much care was taken as major renovations were completed in 2005 to meet the specific needs of the senior population. Our mission is to promote a warm and secure living environment that ensures the physical, social, mental and spiritual well being of our residents. The services that are offered are based on the respect and the dignity of each individual and are attentive to the cultural and linguistic needs of the residents.

Riverside Lions Seniors Residence

Riverside Lions Supportive Housing Program provides an enriched living environment that nurtures physically, mentally, and socially. We believe in the importance of a healthy and active lifestyle and our program is designed to encourage both. Supportive Housing floors are supervised 24 hours a day by Tenant Companion staff. Our goal is to ensure each person feels important and appreciated by anticipating their needs and exceeding their expectations. Each of our 48 bachelor Supportive Housing suites offer a spacious, private three-piece bathroom with a walk in shower. Window coverings and an individual heating and air conditioning unit are also included. Families can count on Riverside Lions to meet their loved one’s needs with integrity, understanding, and respect.

Sokol Supportive Housing

Sokol Supportive Housing 10 unit facility featuring 24 hour HCA staff, Activity Directed programming, garden providing fresh seasonal produce prepared in our kitchen, laundry and light housekeeping provided, sun/sitting room, walk-in Jacuzzi tub, spacious units with home like environment. The Gardens on Tenth

The Gardens on Tenth, a non-profit charitable organization, has been in operation since 1962. We provide housing and services for the seniors of our community in four buildings, from independent living suites to assisted living to supportive housing.
