Started in November 2022, Care Possible is an accessible online community of independent care providers that connects families and individuals in need of respite and home care services with vetted providers in their community. By making it easy to hire a care provider directly, Care Possible removes the guesswork and legwork typically involved in finding the right fit,  putting families back in control of their care.How it works is families or individuals create a profile outlining the type of care they need,  whether that's a few hours of companionship each week, help with daily tasks, or more consistent ongoing support. From there, they can browse and connect with independent care providers in their area, review profiles and experience, and start a conversation directly through the platform. Once they find the right fit, they can book care for themselves or a loved one,  with the Care Possible team available throughout the process to help facilitate connections and answer questions along the way.The result is a simpler, more human way to find care,  no waitlists, no long-term contracts, just direct connections between people who need care and the providers ready to provide care.
