Sokol Supportive Housing 10 unit facility featuring 24 hour HCA staff, Activity Directed programming, garden providing fresh seasonal produce prepared in our kitchen, laundry and light housekeeping provided, sun/sitting room, walk-in Jacuzzi tub, spacious units with home like environment.
