Charleswood Care Centre

Charleswood Care Centre is a fully accredited 155 bed personal care home. All of our programs, services and care we provide are centered around our residents. Our approach reflects the value we place on treating our residents and family members with dignity and respect. We maintain a home-like, warm, and welcoming environment. We encourage our residents to continue pursuing life-long goals and interests which will enhance their quality of life. Situated in Charleswood, our home is one-level in a wheel-spoke type design. We provide 24 hour nursing care, as well as activities, rehabilitation, and spiritual care. There is a full-time social worker as well as a part time dietician and occupational therapist. Our home boasts a beautiful green space with gardens and walking paths. There is plenty of parking and families are encouraged to visit according to their schedules.  

Accommodation types available:

Of our 155 beds, we have 60 double occupancy rooms and 35 private rooms. We are able to accommodate couples within the shared rooms. Each room has its own washroom and spa rooms are located on or near each unit. We encourage residents and families to furnish and decorate the room with as many personal touches as possible. We offer a family room and other large and small spaces that can be enjoyed for small group gatherings or private or reflective time.
